We produce TYPE TESTED panels in accordance with TS EN 61.439-1 and TS EN 61.439-2 standards. All of our panels have successfully passed all TYPE TESTS stipulated by the relevant standard in internationally accredited independent laboratories.

Regarding the panel manufacturing of any project, 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings and project details are prepared. All projects are prepared in electronic environment before mechanical manufacturing works and electrical productions are made ready for production.
Preparation of electrical project details and lines, preparation of sheet metal cutting-twisting and machining, assembly of electrical switchgear equipment to the panel, complete panel tests are carried out within our company.
During our manufacturing works, CNC controlled machines are used in the processing of the products as sheet metal in line with the projects made, in the sheet cutting and bending processes, in the pipe profile and angle iron processing, in the processing of the copper busbars.
While producing, we try to solve the subtleties and quality details of the product by putting ourselves in the place of the operator who uses this product in the field. Since it is a vital risk factor in energy and panel production, we try to produce according to the technique without skipping details.

International quality permanent labels are used in labeling, and our products are labeled with thermal transfer method and/or scraper plotter method in labeling of switchgear equipment. Our products have also successfully passed the Indelibility of Marking Test TYPE TEST defined in the new standard. All routine tests defined by IEC in our products are applied to each product separately, not to some products, by sampling method.

All sheet metal and machining processes in our production are carried out using CNC controlled benches. The studies are directed in line with the 3D (3D) mechanical projects prepared during the projecting phase.

We manufacture our panels, which are defined as standing type and fully equipped closed type cabinets, with electrostatic powder paint in accordance with the dimensions and technical guaranteed characteristics defined in the specifications. Although we are flexible about the protection degrees of our panels, they are generally produced as IP41 in our indoor type panels and IP54 in our external panels.
All cabling, labeling and assembly techniques in our panels are designed and manufactured in line with the ITM specifications. All analyzers, measuring instruments, annunciators (SLKs) in our panels, auxiliary relays, control switches, terminals, etc. The materials are selected in this direction, they are quality certified products that meet the guaranteed characteristic conditions.
,We use products with UL 94-V0 combustion class in PVC cable ducts, terminals, post insulators, labels and cables so as not to cause flame.
We also manufacture projects and panels in line with foreign demands. In this context, we are able to produce solutions in accordance with the relevant specifications in Switchgear Systems and Substation Centers. In Iraq, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan etc. Complete Control Panels, Secondary Protection Relay Panels, AC/DC Auxiliary Voltage Panels belonging to various HV switchgears were produced and exported.
Sheet Transformer Kiosks are manufactured in a structure that can be easily assembled and disassembled. For this reason, it provides great convenience to users in terms of portability and assembly. Compared to transformer buildings, they also have important advantages with their small dimensions, environmentally compatible and aesthetic exterior structures, resistance to climatic conditions, being portable and being economical. Within the scope of the hair kiosk, we have special productions and original designs for foreign demands, especially in Turkmenistan and Iraq. We can offer fast, flexible, long-lasting and economical solutions in this regard.
Field Distribution Boxes 2mm. It is produced from aluminum sheet with electrostatic powder paint in 600*800*1200 mm outer dimensions. FDBs are produced in accordance with IP 54 protection class.
In FDB production; Remotely readable labeling is made in a size that can be read from a distance and the expression and labeling of the feeder. The plinths to be placed under the FDB are supplied with the FDB with standard 4 legs and cable entry distances can be adjusted. PVC ducts installed in the FDB, on the other hand, have UL94-V0 combustion class, are large, spacious, easily accessible, and provide convenience in cable connections. When working in external conditions, the door stopper and windshields are attached for each cover.
